Residency Terms
The residence is offered on a private, concierge-led basis. Public inventory, instant checkout and nightly rate tables are intentionally absent — every residency is confirmed in writing and tailored to the principal.
Private Inquiry
A private inquiry initiates a concierge conversation. It is not a confirmation. Availability, dates, the curated experience and the private quote are issued by the concierge in writing.
Confirmation
A residency is confirmed only once the principal countersigns the residency agreement and the required reserve has cleared to MK Private Sky Residences.
Financial Arrangements
Reserves, residency fees and a refundable security undertaking are defined in the residency agreement. Settlement is by bank transfer or concierge-issued card payment link. Public pricing is not displayed.
Identity & Pre-Arrival
Principals provide government identification and a pre-arrival profile so the residence and concierge can be prepared in advance. Access instructions are issued discreetly, only after these requirements are complete.
Concierge Services
Curated experiences — private chef, transfers, yacht and helicopter charter, in-residence wellness, dining reservations — are arranged on request and quoted privately.
Extended Residency
Residencies beyond 30 nights may be arranged under a separate extended-residency agreement, with additional screening and bespoke service terms.
