Terms & Conditions

By engaging with MK Private Sky Residences — whether through a private inquiry, a concierge conversation, or a confirmed residency — you accept the terms below.

Eligibility

Enquiries are accepted from principals aged 21 or over. Bona-fide representatives acting on behalf of a principal must be identifiable and authorised in writing.

Acceptance of Residency

All residencies are by invitation. MK Private Sky Residences reserves absolute discretion to accept, decline or terminate any enquiry or residency without obligation to disclose reasons.

House Standards

Guests undertake to treat the residence, neighbouring residences and the wider community with care and discretion. No parties, commercial events, filming, unauthorised gatherings or activities that breach UAE law are permitted. Occupancy is limited to the principals named on the residency agreement.

Identity & Discretion

Government identification is required prior to arrival. Guest identity and residency details are held in strict confidence and never shared outside the concierge team without written authorisation.

Stewardship & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the residence, its furnishings or its artworks beyond ordinary use. MK Private Sky Residences disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a stay, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of state, civil disruption, extreme weather or building-management actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are addressed first through private concierge resolution and, failing that, by the courts of Dubai.
