Cancellation Policy
Cancellation arrangements are defined in each principal's residency agreement and handled discreetly by the concierge. The principles below guide that conversation.
Before Confirmation
A private inquiry may be withdrawn at any time before the residency agreement is countersigned, at no charge.
Once Confirmed
After confirmation, cancellation terms scale with proximity to arrival. Earlier notice typically permits the largest portion of the reserve to be released, net of any committed third-party arrangements; closer to arrival the reserve becomes increasingly non-recoverable as the residence is held off-market and concierge preparations are in motion.
Force Majeure & Unavailability
Where the residency cannot proceed due to force majeure or material unavailability of the residence, the concierge will work with the principal to either re-date the residency or release the reserve in line with the agreement.
After Arrival
Once in residence, unused nights remain payable. Any goodwill adjustment is at the discretion of MK Private Sky Residences and handled privately.
